The creation of a knowledge, resource, research, skill and training global observatory that can capacitate those from the outside to engage meaningfully with the empowerment of the people inside the country, and those from inside to benefit those who are scattered as Diaspora around the world.

The making of the broadest possible mobilization of all Ethiopians with skills and knowledge to contribute to the education, health, competency and welbeing of the people. NES-Global will provide a support system to stimulate and inspire cooperation and purposeful engagement by mobilising talent, skills, knowledge and good will by communicating effectively with the issues, problems, needs and aspirations of ordinary people and communities of Ethiopians. The objective is to inspire and create real organic connections and meaningful, hopeful and productive interactions between the Diaspora and the people, communities and societies in Ethiopia for years and years to come.
